New to HPE Africa’s range of McCloskey crushing and screening equipment,
are modular crushing solutions (MCS), which add value through rapid on-site setup, high productivity and extended service life, even in the most demanding conditions.
“McCloskey’s modular crushers have been designed with a specific focus on
requirements of the machine operator,” says Rasheel Sukdhoe, McCloskey
product manager, HPE Africa. “Key benefits of these machines include a customisable design, simple and fast assembly, typically less than one week,
ease of operation and low maintenance requirements.
The modular J45 static crusher, with a true 1 140mm x 688mm single toggle
jaw, ensures efficient handling of materials in all applications. Some features on the J45 static crusher include a 110kW electric motor, a large feed opening allowing for large feed rock, a heavy-duty feed chute and an ultrasonic level sensor.
The McCloskey C300 static cone crushing units offer high productivity and energy efficiency in primary, secondary and tertiary crushing applications.
Features of C300 cone crushers encompass a conveyor which offers a stockpile height of 3 610mm, a belt width of 1 400mm, dust covers and a 7,5kW electric drive motor. The chassis, which is skid-mounted, has a heavy-duty ‘I’ frame section.
The S190 electric static screener, with the largest screening area in its class,
has been designed for screening fine materials in all applications. The highenergy screenbox has no tapers and wider chutes, allowing the free flow of materials and resisting loss of throw, plugging and blinding.
