Conveyor Belt Tracking Idlers

Asgo (Nazareth, USA) announces the latest improvement to their line of conveyor belt products that enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity. The company’s Grip- Trac Rubber Tru-Trainer conveyor belt tracking idlers are engineered to enhance tracking for bulk material handling applications.

The idlers combine Asgo’s Tru-Trainer technology with a new, improved design and moulded rubber manufacturing process. The new rubber design includes a unique arrowhead design on the ends of the rolls with cross-linked sipes. They are specially engineered on the outer ends of the rolls and on the inner ribs to reduce slippage and increase grip in wet conditions.

Belt misalignment

This manufacturing and design innovation improves the overall adhesion of the Grip-Trac rubber to the Tru-Trainers, delivering enhanced grip, durability, and wear resistance and tackling one of the most costly challenges in bulk material handling: belt misalignment.

The tracking idlers actively sense belt movement and automatically realign, keeping systems operating at peak performance. With the latest design upgrade, Tru-Trainers will now feature a more durable, high-traction solution built to handle the toughest conditions in mining, aggregate, and heavy industrial applications, reducing spillage, extending belt life, and keeping productivity on track.
